AMD Geode NX 1500 processor with 128 KB L1 cache, 256 KB L2 cache, and 133 MHz FSB.
This CPU is socketed (Socket 462), but given the advanced design convection cooling for only 9 watts TDP, I wouldn't considered any "hotter" CPUs.

HP states maximums of 1gb flash memory and 512mb of ram, but my units run fine with a 2gb flash DOM and a 1gb square of laptop ram.

RAM is (1) square of PC2700S DDR333 CL2.5 200pin sodimm laptop memory

(1) 100mbs Ethernet connection

(1) PCI expansion slot

(6) USB connections are very useful for mounting external CD/DVD drives, flash memory sticks

(1) Each PS/2 Mouse and Keyboard connection

(1) SiS 741GX Integrated graphics module can manage 2048 x 1536 32bits @ 75hz
